Developing a Creative Team: Bringing the Right People Together

If you don’t already have a high capacity creative team, you know you need one. Whether because it’s now a cultural expectation to provide music, media, and environments at a high standard or because you believe God is honored through our creativity (or both), the truth is the the creativity released through your church is the single most-important element of public worship theologically, formationally, and attractionally.

This curriculum will help you provide clear steps for recruiting, forming, and unleashing the creative capacity within your church; understand the demands placed upon you as vision-caster, leader, and point person for the new team; and dream about all you may experience when working together harmoniously for the love of God and the good of the world.
