Description
To give your employees maximum autonomy while also ensuring they “get it right”, consider using a sandbox in which they can freely play. A sandbox is a four-sided model, where each side represents one non-negotiable. Budget, for example; core values; hourly investment; etc. The point is that you, their employer, sets the sides and within those boundaries they can take whatever action they need in order to see the job done.
