Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fossores Global Ministries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit fossores.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us online in connection with ministry programs, events, accommodations, and resources. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. Depending on how you use the Site, you may provide:

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and organization when you complete a contact, inquiry, quote, or appointment-request form;
  • Email address and preferences when you subscribe to our newsletter or updates;
  • Billing and shipping details, order history, and related information when you make a purchase (payment card numbers are entered directly with our payment processors and are not stored by us);
  • Donation amounts, contact details, and related information when you give (payment details are handled by our payment processors);
  • Account information such as your username, password, profile details, and activity when you create or use an account;
  • Registration details when you sign up for an event, program, or booking;
  • Any other information you choose to send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, approximate location (city or region, derived from IP address), and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through server logs, cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Analytics and session insights. We use first-party analytics that recognize returning visitors with a random identifier stored in your own browser, and Microsoft Clarity, which captures how visitors interact with pages (such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) to produce heatmaps and session replays. Clarity is configured to mask text you type into forms. This information helps us understand how the Site is used and improve it.

Marketing technologies. We use HubSpot to understand which of our communications and campaigns are effective and, where applicable, to show relevant messages on other websites.
